Hired to manage a 3-person, $22 million sales organization for this global supplier of electric cooling fan assemblies. Targeted and sold to automotive HVAC system distributors in North and South America. Created and implemented sales strategy; analyzed competitive market intelligence; identified and targeted new markets; formulated revenue and sales projections; and created value proposition, pricing, and promotions. Initially hired as project manager tasked with creating and implementing special projects and/or efficiencies for this wire and cable harness switch fabricator. Promoted to lead a 3-person, $11 million sales organization charged with the sale of electronic products to automotive, industrial equipment, telecommunication, and computer hardware companies across North and South America. I initially started out on the assembly line in the electrical department and soon became supervisor of the department. I was responsible for training the electrical technicians, quality control, product warranty, troubleshooting and purchasing electrical components. I was promoted to product manager in charge of development of new electrical devices for each vehicle at year model change.

I was installation manager of retail electronics, consisting of car stereos, alarms, cellular communication and designing custom products for competition level vehicles. I was also responsible for training of installers, product development, quality control and purchasing.
