Coordinate, plan and execute all inspection activities for ExxonMobil Major Turnarounds at the Baytown Olefins Plant.

Set next Inspection Intervals in Inspection Data Management System. Trained all ExxonMobil and contract inspection personnel on Inspection procedures and any updates the ExxonMobil Quality Assurance Manuals which I was also responsible for maintaining and updating for the Baytown Complex.

Coordinated all fixed equipment inspection activities for the Baton Rouge Olefins Plants. Set up the Inspection programs for all fixed equipment and piping and reviewed all inspection results. Submitted any mechanical repair requests to the maintenance organization and lead all quarterly inspection reviews with management personnel. Supervised inspection QC personnel and NDE contractors in my area of responsibilities. Was a member of the Safe Operating Teams for all Olefins units which was responsible for review and approval of all planned maintenance work selection activities and new projects.

NDE Manager for Non-Destructive testing company and Weld Testing Laboratory. Managed up to 20 crews working throughout the petro-chemical industry providing NDE services such as UT, RT, MT, PT, PMI and PWHT services. Was the company NDE Level III Administrator and Radiation Safety Officer during this period.
