The Regional Operations Manager for The Skills Centre im responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple training centres within a designated region. This role involves ensuring that each centre runs efficiently, maintaining high standards of training delivery, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving regional growth and development.

Providing high quality training and assessment for all levels of staff in the rail, construction and education sectors.Design, develop and deliver a programme of training and assessment to ensure successful delivery, completion of the learner’s individual learning plan within the planned duration. Providing support and guidance to companies for there training and assessment plan to support there staff and help maintain all of the relevant health and safety training needed.Carry out regular teaching, assessments, visits and monitoring for the learner and company. During the visit, plan, assess, set and monitor appropriate targets, identify and address areas of weakness to ensure achievement and goals are met for learners and company.
