*Acquire new to Bank customers to the franchise throught selling bank’s suite of retail products. *Primarily focused on Credit Cards and Consumer loans. *Ensure strict compliance of all KYC and compliance norms while on boarding a customer to ensure quality clients on boarding.*Analyze customer documents like Bank statments, pp copy, visa copy, EID, salary certificate, existing other bank loans & credit cards.*Explain to Customers different types of cards and credit options that are available as well the terms of those services.*keep a thorough follow up of existing clients for cross sell opportunities and regularity of repayments on active facilities.

* Major responsibility is to bring up the sales (membership)* Handling a team of 4 Members.* Fixing the appointment with un-prospective sales and convert them to productivity.* Collecting feedback from the members and updating management for the corrective actions. * Motivate and coordinating with the Tele Marketing team for the best turnover clients.* Maintain and format the reports and records of sales and follow up clients. * Prepare monthly sales and telemarketing reports for the management* Influence new customers by answering about new offers and packages questions; suggesting information about other benefits and offers * Call Selected Customers for the day and convince them to attend a seminar at the hotel and ensure that they visit the hotel to avail of the company Offers/Gift vouchers.
