Selling products include hand tractors, mini tractors, Pump, rice mills machine, single cylinder engines, marine engines, multicylinder engine for the industry .since 2011 I got a promotion as a sales supervisor grain processing division. I got the responsibility eastern Java , Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Borneo north . I supervised 5 person sales force. I set the task, control and maintain the cohesiveness of the team to achieve the set targets of the company. Our customers include machine shop dealers , rice mills, government procurement.since 2017 I have been promoted to Product Manager at the head office in the grain processing divisionFully responsible for the management and planning of the Marketing & Sales (Selling) program set by the General Manager, and approved by the Marketing & Sales Director and the President Director (Management), dynamically & progressively with the marketing / sales staff in the Office Headquarters and Branches, in order to achieve the Company's targets.- Control and/or evaluate the results of marketing / sales carried out by marketing / sales personnel at the Head Office and Branches.- Evaluating and/or developing products along with their mapping and consumer data (Relations) in the working area of ​​the Branch.- Create and/or propose to the General Manager a Strategic Marketing / Sales program, to increase sales volume in the Branch work area.- Monitor and/or ensure the implementation of after-sales implementation in an orderly, orderly & safe manner, to maintain the Company's Image (Brand Image).- Conducting promotions, including; Seminars / Workshops, Product Performance Demonstrations and creating other attributes, which are able to grow a good image and other forms of advertising, for the benefit of the Company.- Together with marketing/sales staff at the Head Office and Branches, empower and/or optimize market potential in the Branch work area.- Ensuring that the stock of product units is met in accordance with sales needs by managing the procurement of goods.- Intense collaboration with related departments, to support marketing / sales activities at the Branch.
