As a Cyber Security and Helpdesk Analyst at Jurlique, I apply my cybersecurity and IT skills to protect the company's data and systems from cyber threats and provide technical support to the staff. I have been working at Jurlique since February 2020, starting as an ICT Cyber Security Trainee and received a School-Based Trainee/Apprentice of the Year award for my outstanding performance and dedication. I completed my Certificate IV in Cyber Security in July 2023, where I learned the fundamentals of cybersecurity, network security, ethical hacking, and digital forensics. I am passionate about cybersecurity and eager to learn new technologies and methods to enhance the security of IT infrastructures. I am also a team player who values collaboration, communication, and customer service.
