I grew within the company from a brand coach to the project coordinator in the agency. It was fantastic, I was allowed access to major events and activations across South Africa. I oversaw and implemented all sponsorship rights and activations in all major sports. The feeling of getting involved in large scale events days before the event was exhilarating. I was in charge of a team of 18 activation crew, managed the company fleet along with full control of the agency warehouse. My projects spanned across the sporting codes from Coca Cola Youth Weeks in Rugby & Cricket to the ABSA psl fixtures that were televised right through to the infamous ABSA Cape Epic which I was fortunate enough to be selected as a team member for Land Rover at the Cape Epic.
