During this time I gained an in depth understanding of construction, hospitality & commercial markets allowing me to effectively manage our SEO program and provide training & support to customers or staff.Under a previous title of Business Rentals Coordinator, I was involved in customer service through the management of equipment rental contracts, payment & order processing and the administration of delivery services.I was responsible for management of 12+ websites, within multiple global regions. This included content management via multiple CMS's, wireframe creation, price controls and 3rd party supplier liaison. In this role I was directly involved with the implementation of SEO strategies and training new staff.
