RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Under direct supervision, installs required system field devices, completes low voltage wiring termination and device verification. Performs assigned system programming and commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools. Troubleshoots and resolves basic mechanical, electrical, and controls problems in BMS, CCTV, Access Controls and Fire Alarm systems. Responds to basic warranty calls. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: 1. Mount and terminate system low voltage field devices as required.2. Perform programming based on sequences of operation.3. Loads system-level controller software.4. Interpret project construction drawings and specifications to be used as an execution and implementation guide.5. Performs commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (i.e. sensors, actuators, etc) and completes all required commissioning documentation.6.
