Underground pipe Superintendent for all Magee water facilities

Construction Foreman:• Manage and Inspect Construction Sites, Ensuring Workers Adhere to Construction Plans, Safety Codes, and Local Regulatory Health and Safety Code Compliance for Covid-19 Mandates and Restrictions.• Consult Blueprints, Designs, and City/Public Works Instructions and Specifications to Develop and Coordinate the Project Plan and Timeline.• Accomplish Project Goals and Construction Budget by Defining Scope and Purpose of the Project, Determining and Allocating Required Resources, Establishing Safety Protocols and Standards, and Scheduling Crew Members and Sub-Contractors.• Track and Document Project Costs and Ensure Budgetary Requirements are Strictly Adhered to.• Prevent Interruptions, Delays, and Fines by Understanding the Local Regulations and Enforcing and Fulfilling the Specs of the Outlined Civil Codes.• When Necessary, Work with the City Inspector to Resolve Design Irregularities and Variances, Evaluating Deadline and Budget Estimates and Implementing Change Orders and Adjusting as Needed.• Supervise, Monitor, and Control Sub-Contractor Performance & Quality.• Fulfill Assigned Human Resource Needs by Communicating Job Expectations, Provide Training, Team Coaching, and Disciplining Employees While Also Adhering to Procedures and Policies.Heavy Equipment Operator:• Ability to Accurately and Safely Operate Heavy Equipment in Close Proximity to Workers and Underground Utilities.• Deep Dig Trenching, V-Ditches, Shoring, and Grading.Lead Mechanic:• Automotive HVAC Certified, Welder & Fabricator• BIT Inspections and Annual DOT Inspections• Track Maintenance Rotation to Ensure Timely Servicing and Reduce Unnecessary Downtime.• Maintain and Repair Heavy Diesel Construction Equipment and Systems such as Generators, Forklifts, Welders, Hydraulic Systems & Pumps, etc.
