Ricky is an experienced IT professional who has been working over two decades across the Governance-Risk Management-Compliance (GRC), Program and Project Management, Quality Assurance, Application Development and Support domains among casino operators, Macau Government and also the core telecom company in Macao.With the enthusiastic characteristics dealing with new challenges, he managed to establish IT Governance team, IT Risk Management team, IT Quality Assurance team, initially implement and sustain PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27001, ISO45001, lead IT teams in the pre-openings among major casino operators in Macao.In order to keep the kinetic energy of changes persistently, he insists the continuous learning and teaching besides accumulating experiences during work. He also managed to get certified the ITIL 4 MP, ITIL Expert, CISA, CISM, CDPSE, APMG ISO20000 Certified Auditor, SCJP and so on.He also plays an active role in contributing his spare time on the development of IT industry in Macao and is participating in the board of directors among Macau Information Technology Industry Union (MITIU), Macau Computer Society (MCS) and ISACA Macao Chapter.
