• Responsible for the internal audit of the group, prepare annual plan of engagements and report to Audit Committee. • Evaluate the effectiveness and contribute to the improvement of risk management processes of the group. • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls in responding to risks within the group. • Evaluate the potential for the occurrence of fraud and how the organization manages fraud risk. • Lead internal audit department to maintain the consistency of ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) framework including governance and control processes by carrying out assurance and consulting engagements in financial, operation, safeguarding of assets and compliance sectors. • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit testing in management override controls, revenue recognition, financial reporting and misappropriation of assets etc. • Participate in key mergers & acquisitions projects of the group and provide independent opinions.
