While working at the customer service I was promoted to sales manager AITC for the Benelux.Main responsibilities include:- Managing a multi-million euro customer portfolio.- Providing support to clientele with regard to new product designs, daily issues and growth strategies.- Annual price negotiations.- Developing/maintaining (new) relationships.- Meeting monthly targets.- Giving accurate forecast reports to management.

Entails a customer base of around 50 customers for which I was the daily contact. Processes ranged from contact with factories to distribution and OEM's.Main responsibilities include:- Internal responsibility for our largest distributor account.- Managing projects and their respective price points.- Handling daily quote requests and managing purchase order follow up.- Developing a supply chain plan that consistently hits the given criteria in the customer scorecard.- Developing customer/supplier relationship with local sales offices throughout mostly Europe and China.

Responsible for sales in Villeroy and Boch own retail stores. Day to day activities consisted of direct customer interaction, product knowledge and logistical knowledge to re-order stock.

Establishing optimal inventory levels, and provided the program to keep these in balance.

Finding new candidates for requested positions. Mostly in the banking sector.

Created a viable business process through which governmental funds could be equally distributed.
