He brings ten years experience in identifying tax risks, tax opportunities, and advocating tax strategies. He has significant experience with acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, tax research, special tax projects, dynamic modeling, attribute planning, and purchase agreement reviews. He works with small businesses and Fortune 500 companies, their people & advisors, and has broad industry experience including work in aerospace, asset management, automation, healthcare, industrial products, manufacturing & distributions, retail, software, and technology.Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Ricky spent eight years with PwC, primarily in its Boston tax deals practice. His prior experience also includes time with Wolf & Co., P.C. in Boston where he led the Firm’s tax professional practice, tax deal, and special project work. Ricky’s experiences include assisting on deals ranging from $10 million to $10 billion, working on both inbound and outbound transactions involving various tax structures, and has coordinated transactions with local teams across the globe. Ricky is a Certified Public Account licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a member of the AICPA & MSCPA.
