We offer our clients community- based treatment in a supported housing environment.Dore Urgent Care Clinic (DUCC) is a San Francisco-based facility available to individuals experiencing an escalating psychological crisis which, if not immediately addressed, may result in involuntary detention or hospitalization. DUCC provides assessment and triage in a supportive, community-based setting that is fundamentally different from a hospital-based psychiatric environment. DUCC is a social model rehabilitation approach to crisis intervention. The program is designed to assist SFGH Psychiatric Emergency (PES) and other hospital emergency services by accepting adult clients in psychiatric crisis who do not require hospitalization but who are currently taken to PES for evaluation and treatment. DUCC takes referrals from Mobile Crisis, SFPD, community mental health clinics, case managers, outside clinics, PES triage and medical emergency rooms.

Under the supervision of the Citywide Linkage Team (CLT) Clinical Supervisor/Division Director, provides transitional, comprehensive mental health services including crisis intervention, outreach, and case management to a caseload of severely mentally ill adults who are high users of psychiatric inpatient services, and link them to ongoing treatment within 90 days.
