As Process Engineer on Rotary Dryer and Coal Mill area, i'm ensure the production parameters is on track, calculate the mass balance and heat balance, develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP).

As Supervisor of Rotary Dryer, i'm lead and supervise the team to do daily production process on pre-treatment nickel ores route in raw and batching material division, ensure the process well, supervising the process. Besides, to maximize the output from the process, and to evaluate the major and minor problem on that area.On 2022, entrusted to handle Electric Arc Furnace division. As Supervisor Electric Furnace, i'm lead my team to do daily production on Electric Furnace, such as the smelting process, maintain FeNi and Slag level, ensure the quality of FeNi, electrode perfomances, and other process that included on Electric Furnace.

As Rotary Kiln and Boiler Foreman, i do monitoring and evaluate daily process and product on boiler and rotary kiln as well as the materials, temperature, pressure and other prouduction parameters.
