Manage the Small Business Program which provides direct support to Vietnamese-owned businesses in the Little Saigon neighborhood.Create outreach and engagement plans that tailor to Vietnamese-owned businesses in order to culturally provide resources and information related to COVID-19 safety, public safety, financial assistance, labor standards, and more. Conduct in-language outreach and engagement on a weekly basis to over 75 small businesses in the Little Saigon neighborhood in-person and via email.Provide in-language technical assistance (TA) to small business owners including applying to COVID-19 relief funds and loans, relocation, social media, and health and safety education (L&I).
