As the Executive Assistant to the President of National Office Services, I worked to maintain a solid foundation for Colliers Office Services in the Greater New York City area and on a national basis.- Planning, organizing, and hosting executive events including meetings, cocktail hours, dinners, and luncheons- Writing and editing internal and external content for National Office Services - Acting as a liaison between clients and Colliers professionals- Coordinating and adjusting scheduling both preemptively and on-the-fly on an as-needed basis- Creating and organizing business related trips both domestic and international- Promoting and maintaining internal and client-based relationships
