 Initiated and led the business development activities for discrete manufacturing industry sector and engaged in the SAP enterprise application solutions for SAP key accounts.  Provided SAP ERP, MES and manufacturing operation management training for customers and SAP channel partners.  Appeared as keynote speaker at industrial seminars and SAP forums in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong presenting Industry 4.0 trends, digital transformation impact, opportunities, and challenges. Provided support and demonstration of industry specific solution which included S/4HANA (ERP), SAP SCM, and SAP ME/MII.  Delivered industry specific business case with respect to productivity, process optimisation, and ROI.

 Developed industry-specific business development with focuses on market dynamics, success stories, use cases and proposed enterprise application solutions.  High level customer engagement role for IBM strategic accounts which included transformation roadmap, POC (proof-of-concept) and business case studies.  Supported sales and marketing teams in business development, customer requirement studies, and proposed enterprise application solutions including SAP ERP, SCM, MES and CRM systems.

 Engaged as full-time, on-site project director/manager in the SAP ERP implementation for one Japanese electronic component manufacturer. Implemented one SAP ERP project for one large consumer product manufacturer in Vietnam and subsequent roll-out to other plants and outlets.  Regional deployment of Travel & Expenses (T&E) system with interface to SAP financial module for one of the world’s leading European pharmaceutical companies in Singapore.

 As director role managing SAP solutions offshore delivery facilities located in China and Malaysia for supporting customers in USA.  Provided ERP business development, guidance, and methodology in the SAP on-site project implementation services. Actively engaged in the offshore SAP on-demand services which included SAP ABAP development capability, system upgrades and hosting services.
