Mr Clark has spent over 30 years in the Oil and Gas industry, mainly operating overseas. During this period, he has held a number of senior and executive positions both onshore and offshore including Group Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Country Manager & Regional Manager for Sub Saharan Africa. Other senior and executive positions include; General Manager/Country Manager (Nigeria) Project Manager, Company Representative, Resident Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Engineering Co-ordinator, Marine Advisor, Floating Production Consultant, Offshore Facilities Advisor, Planning and Coordination Manager.Rick has also been employed as an Associate to an International Investment Bank, mainly dealing in the Resource Industry. Experienced in onshore and offshore, including petrochem complexes, pipelines – both onshore and offshore plus FPSO’s, FSO’s, fixed platforms and deepwater/ultra deepwater subsea developments and engineering studies, FEED, detailed design, on-shore fabrication, shipyards and offshore installations.Countries worked in include Azerbaijan, Australia, France, Germany, Ghana, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Netherlands, France, Nigeria, Norway, Singapore, the USA and the Arctic earlier in his career, when he was in the Royal Navy.As an internationally experienced Senior Executive with an extensive background in Oil and Gas and associated industries, Mr Clark has a successful track record in Business Management and Business Development. He combines sound commercial acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the full business cycle, and additionally possesses a broad knowledge of the industry best practices.Mr Clark has consistently shown he has the expertise to motivate staff and profitably develop international business units whilst improving EBIT.
