I am a C-suite Technology and Digital Leader with specialist experience heading major customer-focused commercial transformations and driving dynamic enterprise-wide strategic growth in fast-moving global corporates and ambitious maturing businesses.Most recently, I have spent several years as Chief Technology Officer – International at McDonald’s Restaurants, based in London and Chicago, where I spearheaded major customer-facing digital advancements and unified IT and digital teams across a 23-country, 10,000 restaurant estate. I initially joined the business in Singapore as Corporate Vice President of Global Digital, guiding its commercial and technology evolution in over 60 countries. My earlier career includes Global Senior Director of Nokia.com and E-commerce at Nokia OY and then, following its acquisition by Microsoft Corp, I continued in a similar role at Microsoft. I also served as Director of New Customer Acquisition at British Telecom and Director of E-commerce at GE Money. Additionally, I spent time as Head of Brand Communications at Egg bank and Marketing Director at startup Britart.com, winning high-profile industry awards for both companies. Leveraging this unique international multi-industry career, I have built a reputation as an innovator able to blend customer experiences with technology to unlock value in corporations and drive commercial success, modernising ways to connect with customers and expanding into new market channels. This is supported by my in-depth product management knowledge spanning large-scale CRM, e-commerce and loyalty programmes.Effectively building a $multi-bn P&L and heading demand generation, I articulate a compelling strategic vision and embed data-driven KPIs to foster a culture of individual accountability and collective team performance at all levels.
