★ INTERACTIVE EVENT DEVELOPMENT, DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION + CONSULTING• Created consulting arm designed to provide diversity, equity and inclusion training, generate earned income, and expand the organization’s prominence in diversity, leadership, college access and youth development. To date, the consulting arm has generated $1.2M in revenue and capacity building grants. Clients have included: Bloomberg, Deloitte LLP, Department of Public Health, State of Massachusetts, George Washington University, Google, Harvard University, Henry Street Settlement, Intrepid College Preparatory Academy, The D.C. Office of the State Superintendent of Education, The New World Foundation, New York University Stern School of Business, Skadden, Arps, Meagher & Flom LLC, Viacom.• Organized and devised the design, implementation and execution of the PossePlus Retreats—annual interactive conferences on diversity, social and political topics with Posse’s 56 colleges and university partners. Over 11 years, implemented over 200 retreats attended by 15,000+ students, faculty and college administrators.• Recruited and developed a team of 35 experienced facilitators who lead interactive workshops and events on crosscultural communication and cultural competency. Currently manages a team of five direct reports in strategic planning, consulting and project advancement.★ CREATIVE DIRECTION + BRAND DEVELOPMENT• Expanded Posse’s brand identity through the creation of marketing materials for key national fundraisers and products.• Produced, directed and conceptualized over 40 videos shown at 10 national galas, award ceremonies and at 200 PossePlus Retreats.• Managed the development, evolution, testing and launch of www.possefoundation.org.Identified, hired and collaborated with Pentagram, Happy Cog, Comedy Central and MTV to produce and develop Posse’s multimedia assets. .

★ DATA + TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION• Led the development, customization and adoption of a comprehensive Salesforce CRM that centralized and standardized data collection and analysis.• Secured and managed a $870,000 budget over five years to further enhance data infrastructure.• Rebuilt a paper-based nomination and application process into a mobile and digital system that annually processes 16,000+ applications using Salesforce, Visualforce, Form Assembly, Twilio.• Expanded the student and nominator web portals to include job search, directory and mentor matching features for 8,400 users.• Established an information technology department that today serves 10 cities and 180+ staff personnel.

★ PROGRAM REPLICATION + DEVELOPMENT• Led the successful replication and expansion of the Posse Program in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. Since Posse’s expansion in 1998, the foundation has leveraged $460 million in leadership merit scholarships from top colleges and universities in the country. • Managed a $1 million capacity building budget from NFL Charities to establish a training and replication department.• Codified the Dynamic Assessement Process, Pre-Collegiate Training and Mentor program manuals.Revised the on-campus curriculum to support increased retention and persistence of college going students.★ STAFF TRAINING• Designed, coordinated and facilitated all training and orientation of staff from Posse’s six expansion cities.• Hired, managed and trained a team of four national training specialists. • Created and facilitated annual national retreats for 100+ staff members.★ BRAND + MARKETING DEVELOPMENT• Implemented the strategy, philosophy and design behind the organization’s brand. • Served as creative director for all promotional print and fundraising materials.• Managed the design and publication department’s budget, operations and projects.• Hired, trained and managed in-house graphic designer.

• Oversaw citywide recruitment of over 700 New York City public high school students.• Managed all program components of the largest site, Posse New York.• Hired, trained, and developed a team of four senior program trainers.• Cultivated nominating network of 150 New York City public high schools and community based organizations.• Sustained and developed relationships with college presidents and university administrators at Brandeis University, DePauw University, Middlebury College, Vanderbilt University, and Wheaton College.• Coordinated university program for five campuses nationwide that supported on-campus mentors and Posse Scholars.
