Provide safety support for the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Safety program activities with subject matter expertise evaluations of safety hazards germane to the Explosive Handling Warf 2 (EHW2) located at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC). Fully experienced in all aspects of the safety program and functional areas. Plan, develop projects; establish objectives and requirements needed to fulfill safety analysis on the EHW. Participate in on-site visits to conduct inspections on the EHW2 facility to recommend new procedures and policies to be used on the facility when construction is completed.

Develop and implement cyber security training for various venders to allow the administering of government CAC cards for security and procurement purposes. Network configuration and PC installations for commercial and residential locations. System auditing and backup performed on various systems to allow proper configuration management, system restoration as well as weekly routine maintenance.

Responsible for the security, auditing, accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, integrity, availability, and non-repudiation of non-tactical information systems of the program. Ensured that all data was protected under Public Law (PL-100-235), Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DoN) mandated Information Assurance Management (IAM) program. Analyzed and interpreted government policies and directives to ensure the stringent guidelines are properly and effectively implemented. Managed the design and installation of hardware, software, operation procedures, corrective action procedures as well as maintenance procedures for the NWS program germane to the General Dynamics contract. Responsible for managing the Blackberry Enterprise Server and all devices at the Department of Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). Led an auditing team to ensure all workstations were functioning properly with respect to security measures placed on the machines. Served as manager and lead auditor supporting the final year of the Bush administration for the Information Verification and Validation (IV&V), Information Assurance (IA) program. Developed, validated and implemented a system to properly audit and verify U.S. White House e-mail record search results in accordance with criteria provided by the US White House General Counsel. Performed a quality assurance based analysis on the D5 missile firing circuit assisting various contractors with their production and manufacturing of the new US Navy submarine weapons systems. Managed a team of 7 engineers assigned to perform facility inspections of Strategic Weapons Systems facilities in the US, and the United Kingdom. Created and proofed a process to use at the US Navy Shore facilities to accurately evaluate the ship to shore interfaces from the Trident II submarine.
