I started as an automotive EDI consultant who moved into the role of Managed Services. I assisted customers who have never used EDI as well as customers who switched over from other EDI services, such as Lanham. I was responsible for working with the customer to spec out their EDI needs as well as configuring, testing and performing user training on the Vantage Point software.

This was a contract position to migrate their EDI platform from Lanham to Vantage Point. I worked with various departments and locations to gather their EDI specification, create testing plans, creating the Navision XML Ports, etc.

Assisted team upgrading from an ERP system to Navision 3.6. Assisted team when upgrading from 3.6 to 5.0. I was responsible for the majority of the non-Navision requests, such as internal websites, excel files that pull data from the Nav database, etc. I designed and created an A/P system that could import bank files and do a reconciliation against Navision. If it found a match it would update the payments. If not it would create various exception reports. With this software the AP team was able to bring in payments that used to take 1-2 days into 1 30 minute process.
