Our objective was to establish strong trust based relationships under an operating model that would drive a reduction of the total well cost through, challenging status quo, increasing efficiency and removal of waste in the delivery process. Developing and implementing the alliance model required a huge focus on: Stakeholder management at senior level, communication with the broader organisation and Change leadership. After 4 years with the model, the Alliance has without a doubt proven its worth. To mention a performance related achievement, seven of the ten fastest wells drilled by a jack-up drilling rig on the Norwegian Continental shelf was drilled by the Alliance
