At TTA International we create training executives to improve the knowledge and skills of employees of technical companies, especially those linked to the automotive industry. Designated to sales I am currently working on the sales launch of vehicles from different makes before they are shown to the public. This to give the dealer related personel the know-how to promote and sell the new vehicles.After a couple of months sales experience the switch to aftersales has been made. For the last 6 months I have been the apprentice of two senior aftersales trainers who have dedicated themselves to the teach me the skills necessary to be succesful as a technical trainer. The pay-off is a secondment at Peugeot Netherlands where I am currenly occupying a position as aftersales trainer.The courses given at Peugeot where succesfully completed. I had a good time and am always willing to return when asked. The training experience has brought me to the position as trainer for the Automotive Training Group (ATG) serving the non-dealer related garages, specialists and mechanics.
