About Ricardo Hiroshi Hirata

Sou o filho caçula de um casamento de descendentes de japoneses que nasceram e foram criados no Brasil. Meus avós migraram adolescentes em busca de oportunidades de trabalho, deixando para trás um Japão cinza e em crise econômica. Cresci com os ecos das tristes histórias de discriminação, submissão, da falta de roupa e comida, da ausência de horizontes e de tudo o que era, consequentemente, gerado em comportamentos violentos e intolerantes. Cresci sobre o suor do trabalho duro de meus pais, me proporcionando conforto, segurança e oportunidades. Em uma noite de quinta-feira, no ano de 1996, no hotel Bourbon em São Paulo, encontrei meu caminho ao assistir um filme na sessão coruja da Rede Globo. O filme poderia ter o título de “sangue sobre sangue que sangra”, e ao final do filme, decidi que dedicaria minha vida em ajudar as pessoas a encontrarem seus propósitos. Disse ao meu pai: “quero ser psicólogo e poder despertar na humanidade a importância de nunca abandonarem sua genuína essência humana”. Meu pai me disse: “Filho, seja um grande psicólogo, mas antes de tentar compreender o outro, viva e supere-se, sobreviva todas as vezes que cair e mesmo se um dia pensar em desistir, continue, - mesmo que leve o tempo necessário para aprender em como se levantar -, e somente após tudo isso, compreenda o outro, transforme pessoas e mostre a eles o caminho. Pois é, isso aconteceu. Sofri por 3 anos bullying, vivenciei dezenas de vezes a vontade de desistir da vida, morei por bastante tempo sozinho naquela caverna que chamamos de depressão, sofri em deixar pessoas e ser deixado, me despedi de pessoas importantes, chorei, enxuguei minhas próprias lágrimas, renasci quando tudo parecia estar perdido, aprendi a amar, aprendi a me amar, ressignifiquei tudo que estava “debaixo do tapete”, realizei sonhos e cuidei deles, ganhei um filho e aprendi o que é propósito e legado. Agora, com meu mapa e sobre as marés diante de minha própria jornada, sigo em frente despertando o potencial de marcas e de pessoas e construindo os degraus que me levarão ao cumprimento de minha missão: ajudar as pessoas a alcançarem a consciência coletiva, a eliminarem crenças limitantes, a ressignificarem suas existências, a assumirem o controle e o poder de suas vidas, a oferecerem oportunidades para quem precisa, a alcançarem a plenitude, a transformarem a vida comum em uma aventura, a transformarem a felicidade em poder de cura, a construírem legados memoráveis, a terem autonomia para buscarem o sentido da vida, a viverem uma jornada heróica e finalmente; a se tornarem seus próprios heróis.
