After graduating from Berklee College of Music I pursued my dream of becoming a rock star for the next fifteen years. I spent that time writing, recording, producing, performing, and teaching music. I've had the opportunity to perform over 1000 shows, teach hundreds of students, and release music that is now available on every major streaming platform.In my late thirties I switched over to the tech world in order to free up my nights and weekends to spend time with family. I currently work as a Senior SQL Database Administrator with experience developing solutions for SSRS, SSIS, ADF, and Synapse.In 2020 I published a children's book titled "Little Tony: The Heroic Journey of Tony Oliva," which tells the story of my father's journey from a small farm town in Cuba to becoming one of the most beloved baseball players in Minnesota Twins history. The book is available on Amazon.I am still pursuing rock star status, perform, teach, and produce music, albeit on a much more part-time basis. I am also working on updating my book now that my dad has made it into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
