Co-founder and co-owner Ricot’s Haitian Fritay is a catering service that serves Afro-Caribbean cuisine in the Fargo Moorhead West-Fargo area providing a variety of plantain dishes (plantain cups, plantain burgers, plantain chips, and more).  Impressed our customers with great service and flavor which resulted in sold-out events at most markets at the Red River Market and catered to groups around the area.  Oversaw all aspects of operations including inventories and ensured compliance with health, food safety, and hygiene standards.
