Ric Salmon is a partner at ATC Group PLC, and co-founder and CEO of the award-winning livestream business Driift.  ATC has a roster of more than 70 artist, composer and producer clients, including the likes of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, PJ Harvey, Faithless, Damian Rice, Johnny Marr, and Isobel Waller-Bridge, along with a roster of around 500 acts through its live division, ATC-Live. Ric co-founded Driift in 2020, founding the company on the innovative principle of high quality, exclusive ticketed live streamed events. Collaborating with the world's best directors and staging its shows in iconic venues and spaces, Driift has pioneered collaborations with artists including Niall Horan, Kylie Minogue, Andrea Bocelli, Dermot Kennedy, James Bay, Nick Cave, Little Mix, The Smile and many others. The company also produced Glastonbury Festival's unprecedented 7-hour livestream event, Live At Worthy Farm, featuring on-site performances from Coldplay, HAIM, Idles, Damon Albarn, Kano, Jorja Smith and others, as well as collaborating across a series of shows with brands including O2, Jameson and Spotify. Since launch, the business has sold more than 700,000 tickets to global audiences in more than 190 countries, while Driift's productions have been recognised for their creativity and innovation winning awards from BAFTA, the Royal Television Society's Craft & Design Awards and the Artist & Manager Awards.    Prior to ATC, Ric founded management company Harvest Entertainment, representing globally established artists such as Seal, Morrissey and Joss Stone.  In recent years, he has also acted as a senior A&R consultant to labels including Warner Music, making albums with Rod Stewart, The Corrs, Bette Midler, Boyzone, Beverley Knight and many others, and previously held senior executive roles at Sony Music, Ministry of Sound, and Warner Music International where he was Vice President of A&R reporting to the global CEO. Ric currently sits on the board of the UK's Music Managers Forum and the Council of Music Makers. He is co-founder of the Point One Project, a mental health charity launching in 2022.
