As an IT Manager at Fundação Paulo Feitoza for over 19 years, I have been leading and managing the IT infrastructure and operations of a non-profit organization that supports education and social development in Brazil. I have been responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT systems and networks, as well as ensuring their security, reliability, and performance.I have a strong background and multiple certifications in Microsoft products and technologies, such as Microsoft 365, Hybrid Exchange, SharePoint, Azure Stack HCI, Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure design and architecture. I am also a Microsoft Technical Advisor Community (MTAC) member, a credential that recognizes my expertise and contributions to the Microsoft community.
