10 years ago, I created videobop. Predominantly serving healthcare organisations, charities and local authorities, I’ve been entrusted with some very important and meaningful assignments for large organisations. It’s a very long client list but regular headliners include Macmillan Cancer Support, NHS (various departments) BBC, AgeUK, Stem4, Travel companies, Government and local authorities (Art, events & education). I typically work with marketing, brand and social media teams and it’s important to become an extension of each organisation. The production process is always creative, consultative and technical. It can involve many client-side stakeholders as well as crew and talent. All of whom will look to me for leadership.Prior to this I worked at Johnson & Johnson for 8 years. I started in a business development role, selling surgical equipment to London hospitals. I secured some substantial tenders for the region and was eventually promoted as Digital Marketing Manager, for UK & Ireland. During this time I achieved my diploma in digital marketing, giving me strong, academic foundation knowledge of Digital. My job was really about exploring digital opportunities and championing digital transformation but on another level I was the go-to guy for digital projects and campaigns. I was always really drawn to the creative dimension of marketing and this signposted my next adventure.I took voluntary redundancy and set up my video production business (www.videobop.com) in August 2014. The last 10 years has given me some incredible, meaningful experiences and interactions which have pushed me forward as a person and a professional and now feels like the right time to explore new horizons. email: ric@videobop.comPhone 07917110064
