CONTAINER TRADING DEPARTMENT• Developing new prospects for trading.• Weekly rate update of working ports.• Procurement of containers & sell containers in order to update the container fleet.• Monitoring and reporting on pickups.• Negotiate with traders to achieve the most favorable terms and pricing.• Surveying and studying containers• Trader handlingOPERATION DEPARTMENT• Providing customer services on a daily basis.• Agent and agency handling.• Familiar with the in-house climax portal system.• Document Checking• Transshipment coordination• Legal agreements and legalities• Managing Shipments end to end, especially Nomination shipment• Support Commercial trade.

• Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department• Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies• Monitor attainment of objectives• Undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.)• Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses• Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed• Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives• Fulfill duties as assigned by the director

Sales and Support to Business Growth: • Supporting the business growth by achieving targets set out for the year. • Converting inquiries into sales and meeting business targets, offering them proactive support to facilitate the process, inclusive of follow-ups • Pro-actively cross-sell and upsell products and services to new and existing customers • Arrange deliveries on Time Digital Marketing• Responsible for planning and managing marketing campaigns that promoted our brand under various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc), including but not limited to planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends.

• Deal directly with customers by telephone,• Respond promptly to customer inquiries• Handle and resolve customer complaints• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries• Provide pricing and delivery information• Perform customer verifications• Process orders, forms, applications and requests• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints• Record details of actions taken• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
