Completed numerous ML projects utilizing concepts such as optimizing k-nearest neighbors and decision trees algorithms using scikit-learn, numpy, matplotlib and pandas in Python.- Currently developing a machine learning model to detect the start/stop of freezing of gait (FOG) patterns for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Disease in a team of five. Using over 70 GB of 3D sensor data and past models to build new model with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques on Google Colab.

- Implemented downstream data overload solution for high priority and low priority data by incorporating utilization parameters into existing backpressure messages for the Hub ground system. Created and deployed builds and binaries from company software applications for debugging and testing. Used Spirent and iRobot to reproduce previous issues and run unit, automation, and integration tests and adjusted configurations to find optimal thresholds for backpressure. Reduced overflow on Hub device by around 90%, fix to be released and used by all iDirect clients in coming months.- Fixed SSL Bad Certificate errors that appeared on tester networks for the first time in a decade. Researched and decoded old x509 certificates and updated these on the tester network. Ran device tests to ensure successful SSL connections with new certificates. - Investigated ICMP security vulnerabilities using Nexpose scan reports.

- Developed and populated project protection data into internal Cyber at SMD SharePoint site. Solved the issue of a lack of space for internal SMD IT team resources and communications. Helped organize and tag important authorization documents for team use at HQ.- Learned more about NASA project authorization requirements and processes.

- As a US representative on the Youth4Education in Emergencies panel created by Plan International UK & USA, I helped write global advocacy strategy documents, establish youth networks (with United Nations Girls Education Initiative, etc), and contributed to key global/national influencing events. - I helped introduce and present the panel to key stakeholders Helen Grant (Special Envoy on Girls Education) and Yasmine Sherif (Executive Director at Education Cannot Wait) in New York during Committee on the Status of Women (CSW) in March 2022.- I attended and helped host events at the United Nations General Assembly Transforming Education Summit (TES) in New York in September 2022. In a team of 12 youth education leaders, I discussed emergency education needs of youth with former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown.- Talked to legislative directors on Capitol Hill with international members from the panel on the need for funding girls' education.
