- Implemented downstream data overload solution for high priority and low priority data by incorporating utilization parameters into existing backpressure messages for the Hub ground system. Created and deployed builds and binaries from company software applications for debugging and testing. Used Spirent and iRobot to reproduce previous issues and run unit, automation, and integration tests and adjusted configurations to find optimal thresholds for backpressure. Reduced overflow on Hub device by around 90%, fix to be released and used by all iDirect clients in coming months.- Fixed SSL Bad Certificate errors that appeared on tester networks for the first time in a decade. Researched and decoded old x509 certificates and updated these on the tester network. Ran device tests to ensure successful SSL connections with new certificates. - Investigated ICMP security vulnerabilities using Nexpose scan reports.

- Developed and populated project protection data into internal Cyber at SMD SharePoint site. Solved the issue of a lack of space for internal SMD IT team resources and communications. In a team of 12 youth education leaders, I discussed emergency education needs of youth with former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown.- Talked to legislative directors on Capitol Hill with international members from the panel on the need for funding girls' education.
