1. Monitoring testing to ensure that they meet quality standards and consumer’s demand.2. To be train new employee (s) and manage internship program in QC Lab.3. Maintain all documentation of lab as per record retention time.4. Lead all administrative activities related to lab person e.g., overtime, payroll, requisitions etc.5. Responsible of all work orders tracking and testing including export & local related.6. To execute retention management in overall lab regarding stability of product and retain records.

*Inspect products to ensure that they meet Quality standards.*Routine Microbiological testing of Finish Product, Raw Materials, Packaging Material & water/Ice.*Preparation of Media/Broths according to their usage.*Perform Environmental monitoring program in all production departments for compliance with food safety standards. *Perform statistical data analysis on monthly basis. (Monthly KPI trends)*Ensure Calibration system is keep up to date.

Perform laboratory work following established work procedures and perform microbiological and parasitology test on patient specimen for medical diagnosis.

Practically and theoretical internship in Pathological department of JPMC.

Hands on experience in microbiological research lab in Mycology & Bacteriology department.
