– Training: Conducted in-house training workshop on the “Art of Improvisation in curriculum creation’’. Curated content for two student-focused workshops titled “The Art of Communication” and “The Art of Creating Impactful Presentations” using Canva.-Curriculum: Improvised the curriculum by utilising career development and labour market information to ensure that students embarked on a career path that met their interests, skills and abilities– Coaching: Led and trained over 100+ students in a professional development course, ‘The Career Lab’, for 3rd-4th year students. Fellowship Operations-Co-facilitated 50% of weekly sessions for fellowship sessions-Managed 3 fellowships with high achievements and 150 graduated fellows currently applying in different companies. -Recorded and managed fellowship records, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.-Managed Google Classroom, and communication channels including, Gchat groups, WhatsApp groups, and Facebook Groups-Provided all kinds of logistical support for the smooth operations of 3 months-long fellowship sessions.
