I am blessed to be one of the pioneer members of this organization. I have worked as team lead for Orphanage project for more than two years. Currently, I'm serving as vice president and involved in multiple tasks including recruitment, management, planning, overseeing the projects, taking follow up from leads and reporting to the main lead.

Education start-up funded by Stanford University that teaches professional skills to students and corporations.Communication: Completed a competitive interview and a written application to be selected from over 4000 applicants for intensive 3-month Fellowship.Strong Interpersonal skills: Selected by Amal team as a competent career prep-fellowship due to my passion and eagerness to learn.Problem solving skills: Invested 336 hours to challenge my problem solving skills and to get out of my comfort zone for fundraising for a reputable NGO.Skills development: Investing 20-30 hours per week in order to develop business skills (e.g., communication, leadership, problem solving, teamwork, etc.) that will help me make a deeper impact on the job.

Management: Inventory control and record keeping of controlled drugs. Communication skills: Counselled the patients about Medicines. Maintenance: Applied FIFO to the stocks and maintained the environment for medicines.

This opportunity gave me an outlet to apply theoretical knowledge in practical setting and also sparked my interest in my profession. During my internship, I dealt with:Operational skills: Worked in sterile Area and prepared TPN and Mouthwashes.  Communication: Counselled cancer patients and maintained a record of medical history of patients Management: Handled and filled the Computerized prescriptions.

It was a great learning experience. As a passionate pharmacy student, it always intrigued me the manufacturing and processing of medicines. This gave me an ample knowledge related to:▪︎Production Management in Solid Dosage Forms.The basic Formulation of Solid Dosage forms,Mixing and Blending, Granulation, Drying and Compression.▪︎Quality Control Department.1- Physical Tests (Friability, Hardness, Diameter, weight variation and Disintegration of tablets )2- Chemical Testing ( Assay of API and dosage form and content uniformity )▪︎Quality Assurance Department.Quality Risk Management, SOP development, GMP compliance, Audit, Quality Management System.

During my stay there, I have got an opportunity to learn: • Medicine Purchasing• Computer Stock Control• Prescription Handling• Patient Counseling• Medicine Brands
