- Providing service to all walk-in customers and existing clientele and resolving their queries within the specified Turn Around Time (TAT).- Dealing in customer Account Opening and Account Maintenance regularly on the system according to the client profile.- Ensuring high level of control and compliance; and ensuring KYC’s (Know Your Client) are completed diligently.- Manage the existing deposit portfolio and ensure high service standards.- Making courtesy calls to clients according to the RM Contact Policy.- Generating new accounts to replace the misplaced business with proper maintenance regarding essential profitability.

- Developed the Training Needs Assessment Report 2007 of the AKUH staff.- Assisted the trainers in the training workshops and in developing the training modules, workbooks and activities. - Researched and designed the monthly AKUH Management Flyers.

- Developed an understanding of the Customer Services area and operations of the bank; customer interaction and correspondence, account opening procedure and requirements, NADRA Verification System, loan amortization, balance enquiry, ATM and Chequebook issuance and CNIC updating procedure.- Also prepared a presentation for the Management Trainee’s Orientation on the Personal Financial Services Department.
