About Rick Daly

It has been a joy to work in large organisations for over thirty years and to have been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to develop some amazing people to reach their true potential. As CEO of Vodafone's operations in the Middle East I was exposed to enormous cultural differences and I learned the skills needed to grow companies successfully and, also to do what I truly love , which is to work with people and teams to help them be the best they can possibly be. Having stepped off the corporate conveyor belt in 2013 I am now using my precious time helping others to change their working environment.I have worked with The Zone for over ten years, initially as a very happy client and, more recently as a member of The Zone Team, leading the UK business. I completely share the vision that has been developed by Liam Forde and Corina Roobeck at The Zone. I love to work with inspirational leaders who are looking to create enlightened organisations by building a culture which gets their employees into the Zone , the place where happiness and high performance co-exist. Delivering culture change is now my passion and my purpose is to spend my time bringing this passion to life.
