Current> Monthly budgeting and shoot planning across a wallet of 14 enterprise clients. Shoot planning is built both with my knowledge of the clients and our strategies for ad creation, anticipating different seasonal needs and campaign needs, as well as consulting with my team of strategists and our data-driven learnings to adjust shoots to respond quickly to the market. > Actively monitoring costs throughout every project life cycle, approving, adjusting, and working with my finance department, strategists, and portafolio leads to deliver all the material they need for the over 150 monthly edits we deliver to our clients.> Oversee the full production process of a diversity of shoots (from selftapes to high-end commercials) from concept development to on-set production to footage color correction, while collaborating, hiring, and managing a variety of team members and outside vendors. Any given month, I'm producing upwards of 40 shoots.> Ideate and pitch new creative approaches and shoots to Portafolio leads based on data and account performance. This includes generating scripts, briefs, lookbooks, and moodboards filled with creative references taken from a variety of sources.> Direct several high-end shoots a month with a production team I assemble.> Continuous data analysis for better understanding of client targets, key performance indicators, and factors affecting footage performance, and translate these client performance metrics and targets into actionable plans for my Physical Production teams.> Collaborate with the company's Head Of Production and Post Production to optimize the Physical Production Process and Post Production Process by identifying pain points and implementing workflow improvements.> Creation and updating of Brand Production Style guides for all clients and monitoring all my teams' adherence to them.
