- A people leader role to manage profiling of incentive contractual agreements between AmEx and it's clients. - Collaborate with Partner Operations Governance on relevant initiatives and deliverables.- Support the design and execution of a robust and sustainable model for monitoring and reporting of key measures of success for client incentives profiling.- Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures and policies linked to the process. Besides the above, the position will work closely with GSM leadership and be a part of the coordination and implementation of initiatives around operational transformation, data integrity and customerpriorities.

-Responsible for the review of contracts, ensuring contractual payment to corporate client on the incentive calculation and payout.-Collaborate with Partner Operations Governance on relevant initiatives and deliverables.-Provide data support to various partners and stakeholders for Middle and Large Market Segments.-Ensure compliance with all prevalent procedures and policies linked to the process.-Coordination and implementation of initiatives around operational transformation, data integrity and customer priorities.
