I am the founder of TheTaalTribe, a platform dedicated to curating immersive experiences centered on Indian classical arts. We aim to build a vibrant community for learners and performers of classical music and dance.I handle everything from event curation and logistics to marketing and partnerships, ensuring meaningful experiences for our audience. Our efforts include:- Organizing baithaks that bring together emerging and established artists.- Conducting workshops designed to make classical arts more accessible and engaging for younger generations.- Building relationships with performers, venues, and audiences to create a unique cultural ecosystem.Through TheTaalTribe, we are bridging the gap between tradition and modernity while fostering a thriving community of Indian classical art enthusiasts.

During my time as a Human Resources Intern at Glory Global Solutions South Asia Pvt. Ltd., I gained valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, particularly in employee engagement and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.I contributed to the company’s efforts by:- Assisting with the attrition analysis and understanding the hiring process, which gave me insights into recruitment strategies and talent retention.- Playing a key role in planning and executing employee engagement activities, including organizing a Yoga Day event for office employees to promote wellness.- Creating a comprehensive employee engagement calendar to foster a more engaged and motivated workforce.- Researching and compiling a list of potential NGO partnerships for the company’s CSR activities, enabling a more impactful and socially responsible presence.These experiences gave me a well-rounded understanding of HR practices, team collaboration, and the importance of fostering a positive workplace culture.

My peer, Ms Sayali Shinde, and I co-founded Milleta as part of our course at FLAME University, taught to us by Professor Darshan Doshi where we created a brand focused on healthy and tasty millet-infused snackables.We were involved in every step of the business:- Sourcing raw materials from Gultekdi, Pune, ensuring high-quality and sustainable ingredients.- Handling the production and manufacturing in our hostel rooms to deliver our product.- Managing marketing strategies, including social media and offline promotions - Selling door-to-door, and setting up stalls in our university - We also approached grocery store owners in Pune and asked them to keep our product as a part of their inventory, however due to FSSAI regulations, we weren't able to do so We handled all aspects of the business, from operations to marketing, and successfully earned a profit of ₹7,000 by the end of the 4 month project. This experience not only taught me the importance of collaboration but also gave me valuable insights into product development, sales, and customer engagement.
