Responsibilities·Work with the project team to devise and execute an integrated marketing strategy for the entire event including exhibitor, sponsor and conference delegate campaign.· Identify appropriate media partners, associations and business groups and negotiate barter deals to maximise event exposure.· Write strategic copy for press releases and email copies· Manage updates on event websites, development and distribution of event e-newsletters and web banner design· Coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral, including conference brochures, print advertisements.· Manage and co-coordinate with internal departments such as conference production, sponsorship, sales, research, IT and design.. Manage onsite marketing campaign and collateral requirements.· Assistance for logistics and onsite execution of event

Worked with a dedicated team and under the valuable supervision of DR. Surjeet Singh in the project "Evaluation of in vitro and in vivo immunomodulatory activity of medicinal plants". Where I learnt techniques such as checking the cytotoxicity of drugs and learned animal handling for clinical trails.
