Manager of a 400 Rx/day retail pharmacy. Managing ancillary staff of 1 Staff Pharmacist and 5 Pharmacy Technicians in filling more than 400 prescriptions weekly. Manage all aspects of the pharmacy with regards to the safe and effective upkeep of the pharmacy per Board of Pharmacy standards and other relevant corporate compliance protocols/programs. Manage pharmacy by supervising day-to-day pharmacy operations, including staff scheduling, developing and directing pharmacy staff, inventory management overseeing shrink, reorganized record keeping, and customer satisfaction.
