My work includes drafting of License agreements for Commercial leasing, MAHARERA registration of Project and compliances related to the ACT, secretarial work, Litigations (NI Act, Licensee Eviction and IB Code 2016)

My Secretarial work includes ROC Compliances as per Companies Act 1956/2013 for Private Limited Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships including but not limited to Incorporation of Companies / LLPs, Drafting of Annual Report/ Directors Report, maintaining statutory books (share certificate book, register of members/ directors, minutes book), filing of forms with ROC and monitoring changes in the business legislative and regulatory environment.My Legal work includes preparation of Sales Deed, Leave and License agreements, Construction Agreements, Labour contract agreements etc.

My work includes -Secretarial functions like ROC and Companies Act 1956 compliances, attending Meetings of the Board of Directors/ Shareholders, preparation of minutes etc. Also, assisted in tasks like issue of Bonus shares, buy back of shares, dematerialisation of shares.-Drafting of Legal Documents and monitoring Legal changes , SEBI Compliances and Submission & uploading of Internal Audit reports and Inspection reports to Exchanges, half yearly report and RDD to SEBI.-Preparation of Legal Notices to be sent to clients and review of defense petitions and appeals filed under Arbitration & Apex Court.
