• Handling existing Citibank Credit Card customers and identifying new opportunities as well with the available lead set.• To forecast and publish the relevant reports targets and achievements on weekly basis.• Customer query resolution pertaining to their Citibank Credit Card.Cross-Selling available loan options to customers based on their current credit card.• Managing Customer s Credit Card accounts / linked accounts if any.• Proactively reaching out to customers with any change in the process.• Serving customers in the most convenient way which would enable them to better utilise the services of the bank.• Cross selling on statements on email, alerts on mobile, internet and kiosk migration, thus reducing the call flow and benefiting the bank / process.• Creating a better understanding on available products to existing and new customers.• Being well informed with latest banking & market conditions and constantly being up-to-date with competitors' products & services.
