Worked on building a cohesive work environment for the employees at PFT by creating a healthy and fun culture by organizing team-based social and work events.Gained insight into rebranding and B2B marketing. Using my knowledge and learning of marketing, I proposed a rebranding project to increase the reach and engagement by structuring PFT’s approach to data presentation, colleagues and employees.Throughout my time at Prime Focus Technologies I worked on Internal Communications projects covering different PFT offices around the globe. Using my understanding of Psychology, human behavior and mental processes, I collaborated with the marketing and internal communications teams to help foster a conducive work environment for PFT employees.

Worked with the Product Management and Marketing team for the Quaker Oats Brand. Actively contributed to the conceptualization of a new product targeted at urban Indian demographic.Conducted market research in the "Breakfast Cereal" sector, and competition research and analysis.Acquired experience in data entry, company-vendor-customer communication, market research and team coordination. Gained the experience of working within a team environment and in a professional work environment.
