I have over 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, and innovation, with a degree in pharmacy (Pharm D).In my previous roles at CVS Health, I was responsible for leading the HealthHUB field operations, a new store format that offers expanded health services and products to customers, and the COVID testing operations, a nationwide initiative that provided access and convenience to millions of Americans during the pandemic. I leveraged my skills in retail operations, multi-location management, training and development, and project management to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. I also built strong relationships and effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, healthcare providers, vendors, and regulators.
