The People Ops team's aim is to approach individuals at Tenstreet holistically rather than a cog or resource in a machine. They’re enthralled with understanding the gifts, passions, abilities, potential and experiences of each individual on the team and connecting them to work that is both meaningful to them and creates value for others. This network was established through traditional and non-traditional channels including a robust social media approach. Published regular articles on leadership, change management increasing our organizational portfolio.Increase productivity and alignment by guiding leadership through a process created to identify each organization’s business strategy and performance needs using skills in performance consulting, coaching, learning and development, and change management expertise.
