In charge of the Back Office and innovation projects of Coca-Cola Andina. In addition, I'm in charge of the relationship of the IT area with the management of Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Innovation.

During those years, I managed a portfolio between 30-40 projects or maintenances, many of them were led by me. Some of the outstanding projects were the fusion of Andina and Coca-Cola Polar, SAP implementation and sales through mobile technologies. Additionally, I was in charge of two teams, with whom I maintained billing platform and ComercioNET which controls the sale to supermarkets.

At that time I was responsible for leading various projects, the main ones are SAP solutions, Mobile, Web, etc.

I was responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of different kind of software and clinical processes, among which are the electronic medical card, clinical indicators and management of clinical reports, having as the main internal costumers doctors in each area.
